Runner’s Assessment

Dr. Roth offers specialized evaluations of your running gait and biomechanics using high-definition video gait analysis. This helps identify gait issues and functional problems contributing to injuries or pain during running. After assessment, a personalized treatment plan aligning with your running goals is created, including at-home exercises and injury prevention strategies. If you have running-related concerns or injuries, contact our office for an appointment. Most insurances cover this service; inquire about insurance and pricing details with our office.

Ultrasound Guided Dry Needling and Diagnostics

Dr. Roth offers dry needling, a proven technique using thin needles in trigger points, tendons, and nerves to stimulate the body’s natural healing response, reducing pain and promoting long-term recovery. She specializes in electrotherapy dry needling, enhancing the treatment’s effectiveness. Dr. Roth also utilizes diagnostic ultrasound to assess musculoskeletal issues like trigger points, tears, or injuries, in conjunction with dry needling as a therapeutic option. This diagnostic ultrasound is a quick and safe alternative for injury assessment and is available at our office. Contact us for pricing and appointments.

LSVT BIG

Dr. Roth is certified in LSVT BIG, a research-backed program benefiting patients with Parkinson’s disease. LSVT BIG targets common symptoms, enhancing mobility, balance, fine motor skills, and daily function. It also shows promise for other neurological conditions like chronic stroke. The program focuses on recognizing and correcting abnormal movement patterns, aiming to normalize movement across daily life. LSVT BIG is adaptable to individual needs and goals. If you have Parkinson’s disease or other neurological conditions, contact our office to schedule an appointment.

Mechanical Traction

Mechanical traction is a spinal stretching technique used to alleviate neck and back pain, as well as radiculopathy stemming from nerve compression caused by conditions like herniated discs. Advanced equipment is employed to reduce intervertebral disc pressure, relieving nerve compression and irritation. This method also enhances spinal alignment and promotes nerve healing by increasing blood flow. It’s important to note that mechanical traction may not be suitable for everyone. If you’re considering this treatment and wish to determine its suitability for your condition, please contact our office for an evaluation.
